If you have migraines you must always discuss with your GP to rule out any other causal factors.
With Hypnotherapy we use the power of your subconscious mind to reduce the likelihood of migraine and to give you tools to reduce the severity and intensity of Migraines should they occur. We can also work to reduce causal stress.
Hypnotherapy is also effective at helping people who suffer from non Migraine chronic headaches. Hypnotherapy can be just as or more effective than painkillers.
