I want all my clients to be completely satisfied.  Growing and maintaining my reputation as an excellent hypnotherapist is extremely important to me.  If you are not entirely satisfied then please make this very clear in the first instance by talking to me.    Alternatively if you wish to make an official complaint,  please put your complaint in an email complaints@jeffcassapihypnotherapy.co.uk.  Complaints will be answered in full within 72 hours and normally within 24 hours of receipt.  I aim to resolve your complaint to your complete satisfaction and will refund fees for complete sessions within 48 hours of the session if not completely satisfied.    Please note that all hypnosis is self hypnosis.  If you want it to be successful you need to want it to work.   The same is usually true for other forms of therapy.  If you go into any form of therapy with a lot of cynicism then you are less likely to get the results from it that you could and should probably consider other options.  This should normally be discussed openly and honestly  over the phone before your first appointment.

Multi Session offers

If you pay for 3, 5 or 10 session offers it will become apparent after the first session that this is not the correct course for you to follow.  Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the first session.  Your fees for remaining sessions will be refunded in full.
