Change Your habits?
Once something is learned it can become hardwired. Anything learned consciously or reinforced consciously can soon become a habit. One a habit is ingrained it becomes part of your default method or part of your coping strategy. Hypnotherapy can be incredibly effective at changing all sorts of habits.
People that are stressed bit their nails more, drink more alcohol and eat more chocolate. Hypnotherapy would seek to address the stress and to make you much more mindful of your behaviour. We can use suggestion so that deeply ingrained behaviour can change and reach a more desirable outcome.
We all tend to use the same route everyday, have the same routines for getting ready in the morning. If we try to change our behaviour sometimes it just feels very wrong – try brushing your teeth with your left hand if you are right handed.
